On March 15 and 16, 2025, the city of Haguenau will commemorate the 80th anniversary of its final liberation during a weekend rich in historical and festive events. After an initial liberation on December 11, 1944, followed by a German reconquest, Haguenau was finally liberated on March 16, 1945.
