Yannick Germain, Michelin star in 2015, has embodied the 4th generation of restaurateurs since 1893, paying homage to his grandfather Wolfgang Sautter, whom he took over in 1998, alongside his mother Christiane. In 2005 ; he will take up the torch with his wife Claudine.

Auberge au Bœuf reflects their family values. They welcome fine gourmets in their cozy and wooded universe, where charm of authenticity, warm welcome, benevolence of service, sweetness of life, elegance of the tableware and respect for traditions intermingle. L'Auberge au Bœuf embodies the vision of a beautiful transition, playing with modernity with subtlety, preserving the soul of the house. The family restaurant maintains the romantic memory of an idyll born between the poet Goethe and Frédérique Brion, the daughter of the village pastor.
