It is in the heart of Haguenau, in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city, that our first restaurant of Alsatian tradition was born. Because the Old Customs is above all the meeting between lovers of local cuisine and a unique place carrying history that inspired our name.
Favoring homemade dishes that highlight regional products and Alsatian gastronomy, we develop all our recipes from fresh and local ingredients. In the kitchen, the chef and his brigade take the time to simmer gourmet and generous specialties and offer you, every day, new taste discoveries with market suggestions.

In the dining room, our team welcomes you in a setting that revisits the usual codes of Alsatian brasseries while remaining authentic and full of charm. We offer you artisanal tartes flambées, a local beer and many Alsatian specialties with flavors from our beautiful region.
