The daily menu is carefully prepared, for a simple and efficient lunch.
Numerous Alsatian specialties are offered, and themed evenings punctuate the weeks throughout the seasons. We particularly recommend trying the evenings dedicated to "Dampfnudeln," a specialty from northern Alsace. The restaurant naturally offers Alsatian tarte flambée every Friday and Sunday evening in a convivial atmosphere, and alternatively on Monday and Thursday evenings for groups of 10 or more, with reservations required at least 24 hours in advance.
