The domain of the Bufflonnes

The Ferme du Domaine des Bufflonnes is located in Uhrwiller, in Northern Alsace, on the edge of the Northern Vosges Regional Natural Park.

The herd consists of 150 animals, including 50 dairy buffaloes, raised on a recently built farm and fed exclusively with the pastures of the estate.

The Domaine, the only producer of mozzarella in Alsace, transforms buffalo milk on site to produce all of its products.
You will find a range of artisanal and original products: mozzarella, soft and hard cheeses, dairy specialties as well as seasonal products, including ice cream.

Guided tours are offered in the summer for individuals, as well as throughout the year for groups.
