Alélor & Domaine des Terres Rouges

Alélor-Domaine des Terres Rouges has been manufacturing mustards, horseradish and condiments since 1873. The company is the last mustard factory in Alsace and the only horseradish root processing plant in France.
Very attached to its terroir, Alélor-Domaine des Terres Rouges supports its partner farmers to develop the cultivation of mustard seeds, horseradish roots and gherkins in Alsace.
