Alsatian family business, we have specialized in the development of fruit juices, vegetable juices and ciders for over 125 years. The Sautter cider house was founded in 1888 thanks to the abundance of quality apples in the Rhine strip by Eugène Sautter.

It was in 1953 that the fruit juice activity started with apple juice. Followed by red fruit juices, vegetable juices and finally more exotic flavors such as orange to satisfy all palates.

Today we offer more than forty varieties, pure juices, original blends, organic juices and always cider.

Our team, made up of around fifteen people, processes between 2000 and 3000 tonnes of apples each year, mainly from orchards in Alsace. Almost 2 million bottles are produced annually. We are constantly evolving to always offer you quality products.

For over 30 years, we have offered a range of organic juices made from fruit and vegetables from organic farming. Our products are certified by ECOCERT.
