Laura, manager of the company "Ramene ta Quetsche" offers vegetable cooking workshops without cooking.
Through her professional activity, she is keen to pass on her passion, her know-how and to support people towards a "well-being".
Using local and organic fruits and vegetables, making sublime simple recipes, without sugar (or very little) and putting them in the spotlight during meals, are the subject of his interventions.
The workshops are intended for the general public, parents and children, in "public" places (communal hall, association), but also at home, in companies.
It is also involved in childcare facilities (school, extracurricular, etc.). Pedagogy around food and taste discovery, the transmission and awareness of children to flavors through their various senses, is its primary objective.


What is raw and living cuisine (without cooking)?
Raw and living food refers to a way of eating which very largely favors foods with a high level of nutrients necessary for the human body, that is to say foods which must be natural, unprocessed, not containing any 'chemical additives, and easily assimilated.
