Taste Alsace, is to eat and drink with attention, to fully appreciate all the specialties which make this region a strong land of its gastronomy and iconic culinary dishes !
Among all the Alsatian culinary specialties, we recommend the Baeckeoffe (dish made up of three marinated meats and potatoes in white wine) or the unmissable sauerkraut, but also the tarte flambée, Rooster in Riesling, Kougelhopf (sweet leavened dough with grapes macerated in kirsch)… Without forgetting of course the traditional bredele et Christmas gingerbread. To accompany all this, toast with a good local beer or an Alsatian wine (in moderation of course)!
Savoring our destination is also about enjoying a good table in a restaurant, take a gourmet tour to discover the making of local specialties, stroll on a Brive market or stop for a gourmet break in a pastry shop or tea room...
