To taste Alsace is to eat and drink carefully, to fully appreciate all the specialties that make this region a land of gastronomy and iconic culinary dishes!

Among all the Alsatian culinary specialties, we recommend the bæckeofe (dish composed of three marinated meats and potatoes in white wine) or the essential sauerkraut, but also the flambé pie, the riesling rooster, the Kougelhopf (paste sweet leavened with grapes macerated in kirsch)… Without forgetting of course the traditional bredele and Christmas gingerbread. To accompany all this, toast with a good local beer or an Alsatian wine (in moderation of course)!

Savoring our destination is also about enjoying a good table in a restaurant, take a gourmet tour to discover the making of local specialties, stroll on a market or stop for a gourmet break in a pastry shop or tea room...
