A destination to savor ...

To truly experience Alsace is to eat and drink with care, in order to fully appreciate all the specialties that make this region a land renowned for its gastronomy and iconic culinary delights!

Among all the Alsatian culinary specialties , we recommend bæckeoffe (a dish of three marinated meats and potatoes cooked in white wine) or the ever-popular sauerkraut , but also tarte flambée , coq au Riesling , Kougelhopf (a sweet leavened cake with raisins soaked in kirsch )... Not forgetting, of course, the traditional bredele and gingerbread for Christmas . To accompany all this, raise a glass with a good local beer or an Alsatian wine (in moderation, of course)!

Savoring our destination also means enjoying a good meal in a restaurant , taking a gourmet tour to discover how local specialties are made , strolling through a market , or stopping for a delicious break in a pastry shop or tea room …
