This walk is suitable for everyone . The activity is divided into three levels of investigation, depending on the age of the participants : 4-6 years old, 7-9 years old, and teenagers. Solving the puzzles allows your child to use their skills . They will refine, develop, and improve their observation skills , sense of direction , and reasoning , and enrich their knowledge . Bischwiller, on the Poets' Trail

Alsace has seven trails unlike any other, suitable for walking in the company of poets, most of them contemporary authors, representing all the dialects of the region.

Trails lined with panels featuring texts by regional authors , wielding their pens in Alsatian . Wandering souls , it is along this poetic path that you will discover the many treasures of the town of Bischwiller ! Bischwiller offers a true invitation to celebrate its natural heritage and culture . This 9 km Poets' Trail, also known as "Dichterwaj" in dialect , presents 27 texts that highlight both heritage and dialect poetry.

It will lead you to discover the city's many treasures and invite you to reflect on various themes, such as nature, hope, and memory . Display stands mark the route, inviting each walker to pause and read. Texts by great Alsatian poets or authors who live or have lived part of their lives in Bischwiller are presented. A wonderful opportunity to put on your walking shoes , let yourself be carried away, and be swept away by the emotion of the moment, by words, profound texts, and carefully chosen melodious rhythms. Wonderful encounters await you; enjoy your walk!

Pfaffenhoffen, for a discovery all in pictures

During a walk of just over a kilometer, you will be surprised by the magnificent painted facades adorning some of the buildings. This discovery trail takes you through the town, showcasing 20 states of art, history, and architecture, following in the footsteps of Albert Schweitzer , the physicist Frédéric Joliot-Curie , and the philosopher and writer Jean-Paul Sartre.

Go in search of the most curious representations , such as the contemporary decoration of the Catholic church's bell tower painted by Edgar Mahler and sculpted by Thierry Delorme, representing a book flying away and caught by a character: would spiritual life escape Man?

Edgar Malher , a painter born in 1955, specializes in artistic painting on building facades and ceilings and is revitalizing Romanesque-Gothic and Baroque polychrome painting . In Alsace , he has decorated more than 120 facades. But his favorite canvas is here in Pfaffenhoffen , where a captivating atmosphere emanates from the streets lined with magnificent, colorful facades.
