Passionate about wine, vineyards and gastronomy for many years, Philippe Ball opened his shop specializing in wine and spirits, La Cave des Anges in Forstfeld, in 2017, after training as a sommelier.
Elected Best Wine Shop in the Grand Est and 4th best wine shop in France in 2020, he is pleased to share his knowledge daily to provide you with the best possible advice in a joyful and friendly atmosphere.

Since 2021, Philippe Martzolff has joined him in the adventure. With a wealth of fifteen years' experience in catering as Head Waiter, Best Apprentice in Alsace in 2005 and above all Best Beerologist in Alsace, 2nd in France in 2006, he brings and shares his own know-how in wine, beer and the art of the table.

They now offer you more than 130 references of wines from Alsace, France and elsewhere, a range of around fifteen spirits, but also around ten varieties of craft beers, around thirty varieties of cheeses, as well only about ten varieties of dry sausages made in Haute-Savoie.

They also elaborate with the greatest care different types of platters (cheeses, grilled meats, raclettes, etc.) for your TV platters or to impress your guests with a multitude of flavors, and that, without moving a single finger!
