Since the SNCF train station by Haguenau (Place Désiré Brumbt), direct connections by TER allow to go to Strasbourg, Wissembourg and Niederbronn-les-Bains.

If you come in car, Old Island car park allows you to park only at 4 min walk of the Tourist Office and the first hour of parking is free.
The Haguenau SNCF station is located at 7 min walk from the Tourist Office: just follow the signage “city center-Tourist Office”.
