Discover La Fabrique à Bretzels, a unique visitor center dedicated to the Alsatian art of making pretzels. Located in Gundershoffen, just 40 minutes from Strasbourg, this immersive experience takes you on a journey through the history of Boehli, a family-owned business that has been carrying on the tradition since 1935.
As you make your way through a 500 m² interactive tour, take an active role in your visit with fun and engaging activities that guide you every step of the way. Unravel the mysteries of the pretzel through a captivating investigation inspired by escape rooms, before stepping into the shoes of a baker with our dough-kneading machine. The tour continues with an observation area offering a direct view of the Boehli pretzel production workshops, from dough preparation to packaging. The tour ends on a sweet note with a tasting at the Bretzel’Bar, followed by a stop at the Shop’in Bretzel store featuring local products. Open to families, friends, groups, and school classes, each visit is a sensory, educational, and culinary experience that delights young and old alike.
