MAC

The MAC (Maison des Associations et de la Culture) is a cultural hub which offers each season shows of all styles: theatre, music, circus, comedy, dance, children's shows, as well as a film program at the Centre culturel Claude Vigée, where you can find several times a week screenings for toddlers, film snacks, film clubs, film debates, as well as screenings of Art & Essai films.

To promote access to culture for all, the MAC offers students in the area an artistic education course around attendance at shows, artistic practice workshops and meetings with artists. It also has the mission of helping companies through creation residencies.

With its years of experience, this cultural center is seen as a key player in the local and regional cultural scene. It is part of a network of artistic organizations that develop a significant and active cultural offering, such as the Scènes du Nord-Alsace network, which organizes the Décadanse festival every January, and the Jazzdor Festival. Not to be missed is the unmissable October event, VIBRATION(S), the Bischwiller International Classical Music Festival, organized in partnership with the City of Bischwiller.
