120 years of the Historical Museum: "Inventing, reinventing its museum"

To mark its 120th anniversary, the Haguenau Historical Museum is launching a cultural season entitled "Inventing, Reinventing the Museum." Three temporary exhibitions, extended until October 4, 2026, will commemorate this anniversary:

- Gathering knowledge: the story of the creation of the first museum in Haguenau, inaugurated in 1905.
- Sharing the art of ceramics by Léon Elchinger: around one hundred pieces from the Syring donation, enriching the museum with more than 2000 ceramics.
- Photographs of Haguenau: an immersion in the city at the time of the construction of the museum-library.
