In a timeless moment deep in the forest, let Lucie and Béatrice guide you. You will discover this complex and fascinating place through sensory and playful activities. Through breathing and stretching exercises, we will experience together the connections that bind us to nature.

Led by Lucie TARLAO, nature guide and Béatrice Sattler, forest therapist and yoga teacher.
Suitable for ages 14 and up.
