Born in San Francisco, California, she moved to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music, immersing herself in the local indie music scene and pursuing an intense studio and touring career. In 2018, she relocated to Ghent, Belgium. Bert Ruymbeek, a Ghent-based accordionist, is known for his groovy energy and lyrical playing.
