Guided tour of the Les Semblables brewery

Brewers Étienne and Eliott are delighted to welcome you to their workshop, where you can immerse yourself in the raw materials, discover a unique brewing setup, and sample four small glasses of their carefully crafted beers. Deliveries by bicycle, a wood-fired boiler, bottle deposits, and eco-friendly renovations: this isn't just a beer brewery, but a new way of doing things.
The "Les Semblables" microbrewery is located in Mietesheim, in the converted barn of a former Alsatian farmhouse. It's part of a rural community hub called "Oasis multikulti": a welcoming space that hosts farmers' markets, community-supported agriculture (CSA) programs, participatory workshops, and various other activities. The perfect place to brew up a storm, not just beer!
