Celebrate the Autumn Equinox

Throughout the year, nature travels through the seasons. At the heart of this journey, celebrations allowing us to enter into phase with the energy cycles of nature. The equinox is therefore this suspended moment when shadow and light are perfectly balanced on earth, for only a few hours. At the end of summer, a unique atmosphere reigns over the forest, nature adorns itself for its last ball, gold and fire, at this soothing start to the season, autumn invites us to balance, to ask ourselves, to thank mother nature, it is also an invitation to slow down the pace!

Remember to bring comfortable clothes, a towel, a bottle of water, walking shoes/sneakers.
