Nestled in an old Alsatian house lovingly restored by Abbot Albert Ritt, this museum, inaugurated in 1995, invites you to discover the ancestral secrets of bread making. Explore traditional techniques from sowing to cooking, through an exhibition highlighting the tools used for each stage: harvesting, threshing, grinding and kneading. Also delve into the fascinating history of grain cultivation. Upstairs, let yourself be enchanted by a rich collection of photos and documents tracing the vibrant history of this charming village.
